Notice is hereby given that the Eighteenth (18^th) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of members of ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc (“ZCCM-IH”) will be held on Tuesday, 15 November 2022 from 10:00 hours at Mulungushi International Conference Centre along Great East Road in Lusaka, Zambia and via Video Conferencing on the following link: https://eagm.creg.co.zw/eagm/Login.aspx

Note the Following:

1. The proceedings of the meeting will be streamed live through the link above.
2. Shareholders are required to sign up in advance to attend the meeting.
3. Shareholder are required to have a working email address and an active cell phone line to sign up to attend the meeting.
4. Signing up to attend the meeting opens Wednesday, 26th October 2022 and will automatically close at the commencement of the meeting on Tuesday, 15th November 2022 at 10:00 hours.
5. Registration will commence at 08:00 hours on the day of the meeting. Note, shareholders who do not register before the start of the meeting will not be able to do so once the meeting starts.
6. Voting at the meeting will be conducted electronically.
